Slowly as an Indian firm, we realise that in order to be successful in the global front, we need to have less dependency on the external supplying partners, which will help us to turn around quickly and competitively for some of the challenging shop fitting requirements.

With this intention, we have started focussing on establishing maximum backward integration, .i.e bringing all the process under one roof. Over these years we have established the following facilities were established in our works, under one roof

In-house Tool room for metal tools & dies
Sheet metal fabrication with complete advanced machines & All types of welding
The latest one is the Mazak laser cutting machine
Facility for steel wire products manufacturing (Trolleys, baskets, dump pins…)
In-house Powder coating with two dedicated lines for domestic and exports respectively
Wood working plant with High End Italian and German Machines
Graphics printing and designing unit with HP digital inkjet printing machines
In-house powder manufacturing for powder coating – Our powder is passed all the tests as per NSF guidelines. We can match any international shade colours.
In-house packaging division – really helping us to design the packing quickly for all domestic and overseas projects effectively.
